Tycon Power conçoit et fabrique des systèmes d'alimentation autonomes pour des applications extérieures. Ils fabriquent des systèmes d’alimentation de secours extérieurs UPSPro™ qui peuvent être employés dans les secteurs où l’alimentation en courant est incertaine ou encore quand le bon fonctionnement est exigé à 100% du temps, des systèmes d'alimentation autonomes pour des régions éloignées ou des secteurs sans accès économique au réseau électrique. Ils se spécialisent également dans le PoE (alimentation par Ethernet), les injecteurs passifs et 802.3af, les convertisseurs CC à CC, les injecteurs MidSpan pour bâti de support, les commutateurs passifs et 803.3af PoE et les contrôleurs de charge pour panneaux solaires avec des injecteurs CC-CC et POE intégrés.

Tycon Power Systems designs and manufactures remote power systems for outdoor applications. They have systems ranging from UPSPro™ outdoor backup systems which can be used in areas with unreliable power or when 100% uptime is required, to complete stand-alone power systems for remote areas or areas without economical access to grid power. They also specialize in Power Over Ethernet power solutions including Passive and 802.3af Inserters, DC to DC Converters, Rack Mount MidSpan Inserters, Passive and 803.3af POE Switches, and solar controllers with built in DCDC and POE inserters.
